After more than a decade of practicing law and a lifetime of being politically incorrect/“refreshingly inappropriate,” little did I know that God would one day call me into women’s ministry. No longer inappropriate (but likely still a bit politically incorrect, ) God has transformed my life over the past year. He has also taken my passion for general fitness and turned it into a passion for Spiritual Fitness, which I am excited to share with you on this website.
